Immediate Triage & Pain Relief: Our first priority is always your comfort. We will listen to your symptoms and quickly identify the source of your distress to help manage the pain immediately.
Rapid Assessment: We will perform a focused examination of the problem area. This often involves taking a quick, low-dose X-ray to diagnose the root cause of the issue—whether it is an infection, a fracture, or an abscess.
Treatment or Stabilisation: Depending on the complexity of the issue, we will either treat the problem permanently on the spot or provide a temporary solution (stabilisation) to make you comfortable. If a temporary fix is used, we will arrange a follow-up appointment to complete the treatment once the pain has subsided.
Rest assured, we will never rush you or begin treatment without explaining exactly what we are doing and how much it will cost. Our goal is for you to leave the surgery feeling relieved, informed, and with a clear plan for restoring your oral health
